Opening a Real Account with XTB is fast and easy. The only thing you need to do is to fill in the printed forms (including an investment survey and personal data form) and send them via regular mail to us.

The investment survey allows XTB to assess your investment preferences and adjust our service to your expectations.

STEP ONE

Print 2 copies of "OTC AGREEMENT FORM"

STEP TWO

- Complete the application form

”OTC Client’s Identification Card"

please complete all fields and pages, then the date completed, your first name and surname ( or company name if a Company application) in capital letters and sign where required. Do not complete the area labeled “Filled out by X-Trade Brokers” as this is for internal use only (page 1 and 2).

"OTC Client’s Agreement"

please remember that you need must complete both copies of the "OTC Client’s Agreement". (pages 3 to 5)

a) complete all information except for “Contract Nr.” and “Client Classification” and then sign at the bottom of the page on the dotted line next to “Client’s signature”
b) sign at the bottom of the page on the dotted line next to “Client’s signature”.

"OTC MiFID Client’s Questionnarie"

a) enter your first name, surname, and your national insurance number in capital letters at the top of the page
b) you must select one of 3 options for each row per question – please place a tick or cross in one choice only to mark your selection for each question asked(pages from 6 to 10) –At the end of the questionnaire there are two (2) boxes, each of which need the date and your signature, please write in the date and sign both boxes where required

"OTC Declaration of Investment Risk"

Please complete by putting in thet date, your first name and surname in capital letters and then your signature. (page 11 and 12)

”OTC Orders Execution Policy” with attachments
Please sign at the bottom of the page. (Pages from 13 to 18)

STEP THREE

- return the following documents via ordinary mail to XTB:

Two (2) copies of "OTC AGREEMENT FORM"
One copy of your ID or Passport: the picture and all the data must be clearly visible.
An original invoice (utility bill) or bank statement with specified personal data and address data in conformity with the data provided in a Client Identity Card

Client's Data Change Form It is your responsibility to ensure your personal or accounts details are correct. If any of your personal details have changed (address, telephone number, email, etc.) you must download the XTB Client data Change form (please click here), complete it and return a signed copy to XTB.

Start Trading Once we receive your initial deposit we will contact you by phone in order to provide you with the login and password for your trading account. At this time you may start using your real account.
